Beckett (Samuel).    Les Editions de Minuit, Paris,  1961 First Trade Edition    Wrappers Backstrip and edges of wrappers just a little darkened, otherwise a very nice copy. An intriguing association copy, inscribed by the author on the half-title: “for Goddard & Brigitta Lieberson from their friend Sam Beckett Paris February 1961”. Goddard Lieberson was president of Columbia Records and his second wife, Vera Zorina (Eva Brigitta Hartwig), was a ballerina and film actress and had been previously married to George Balanchine
