With copies of the English edition, all but one in chipped dust-wrappers, comprising two copies of the Second Impression, Third, Fourth and Fifth Impressions, 1943-1944, and two copies of the Services Edition, published for the British Publishers Guild by Faber & Faber, wrappers, one with “Supplied for the Public Service” stamp on upper wrapper. Together eight volumes
